The Groove project focuses on developing scalable quantum computing using germanium-based qubits. By addressing the challenges of qubit scaling, it aims to create a robust platform for advanced computing applications in various fields, including chemistry and medicine.
Quantum computers promise to enable a computing power far beyond the capabilities of modern-day classical and super computers and are expected to revolutionise research in, among others, chemistry, medicine and materials research.
