This project aims to develop graphene-based electronic devices that operate at terahertz frequencies. It explores two innovative transistor concepts for applications in communication, automotive, and environmental monitoring, focusing on scalability and integration with existing technologies.
GRADE is a three-year STREP proposal focused on advanced RTD activities necessary to demonstrate the proof-of-concept of novel graphene-based electronic devices operating at terahertz (THz) frequencies.
