This project investigates corporate governance mechanisms that manage conflicts between asset owners and managers. It aims to understand how individual styles and group dynamics influence corporate decision-making and to propose improvements for governance regulations.
The objective of this proposal is to apply for an ERC Starting Grant to support a careful study of the design and implications of corporate governance.
