Good-by-Devicing addresses local opposition to renewable energy by examining the design phase of energy projects. It aims to integrate broader social values into the planning process, using Denmark's energy islands as a case study to foster acceptance of renewable technologies.
While the climate crisis accentuates the need to decouple economies from fossil fuels, local opposition in Europe increasingly delays the transition to renewable energy.
