This project aims to develop glycan-based nanomedicines to enhance immune responses against cancer and infectious diseases. By targeting dendritic cells, the research seeks to improve T-cell activation and create effective vaccine platforms for treating various health conditions.
There is an urgent need to develop vaccines for the induction of CD8+ T-cell immunity to treat cancer and infectious diseases.
