The GLASS project develops a citizen-centric e-governance model to improve the delivery of government services through enhanced data security and interoperability. It aims to create a network for efficient big data exchange between citizens, businesses, and governments.
The rapid growth of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and its ubiquitous presence in our everyday life has significantly affected the way government services are delivered today.
