This project aims to develop a computational strategy to identify drug targets for glioblastoma multiforme, a severe brain cancer. By leveraging polypharmacology and protein domain structures, the project seeks to reposition existing drugs for effective treatment.
This project will establish a computational strategy which exploits polypharmacology to identify drug targets in biological systems implicated in cancer.
The value of our polyphamacology platform will be tested by application to glioblastoma multiforme, a deadly brain cancer.
