Future Food focuses on developing a sustainable food drying technology using high-pressure carbon dioxide. This method aims to preserve food quality while ensuring safety and reducing energy consumption compared to traditional drying methods.
Future Food aims at demonstration and first market application of an eco-innovative solution for sustainable food drying.
