FURIOUS aims to create new bio-based polymers from 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA) to replace traditional plastics in various applications. The project focuses on developing materials with specific properties for biomedical, automotive, and marine uses.
Τhe goal of the FURIOUS project is to develop novel versatile polymers based on 2,5-FDCA to enrich the portfolio of bio-based innovative mono-material solutions proposed to replace traditional plastics.
