FUNENTECH aims to promote the use of Ultra High Pressure Homogenizing technology in the food and cosmetics sectors. The project focuses on developing functional products with enhanced safety and nutritional value through innovative processing techniques.
FUNENTECH intends to reinforce technology transfer of Ultra High Pressure Homogenising (UHPH) processing to SME of liquid-food and cosmetic sectors.
The Consortium is constituted by five SME and four RTD partners:
