This project investigates the relationship between functional and anatomical structures of neuronal networks in a model of temporal lobe epilepsy. By using advanced imaging techniques, it aims to understand how specific hub neurons influence network activity and contribute to epileptiform dynamics.
Determining the functional structure of neuronal networks has become an increasingly important tool to link functional and anatomical network structure.
