This project develops models to study the formation of amphiphilic networks and their impact on ion transport in membranes. The research aims to optimize the design of materials for clean energy devices by linking nanostructure with conductivity and selectivity.
The functionalized Cahn-Hilliard energy is a phase-field characterization of an interfacial energy usedto describe dynamics of amphiphilic network formation.
