This project aims to create a comprehensive framework for signal processing that emphasizes sparsity and utilizes wavelet-like representations. It focuses on developing new algorithms for 3-D biomedical image analysis, particularly in advanced imaging techniques such as fluorescence and digital holography microscopy.
