This project investigates the role of food and gastronomy in regional innovation strategies for sustainable development. It aims to create an interdisciplinary framework that connects local features with successful long-term strategies, enhancing knowledge transfer and policymaking.
Food and gastronomy are increasingly recognized as elements of regional innovation strategies, contributing to regional and economic development both in rural and urban environments.
