This project focuses on developing personalized nutrition models by engaging stakeholders and consumers across eight European countries. It offers varying levels of personalized dietary advice, incorporating biochemical and genomic data, to assess their impact on healthy eating behaviors over six months.
The present proposal sees the development of business and value creation models as central to the development of personalised nutrition and thus it is intended to engage in a series of interviews with key stakeholders, which will generate a number of scenarios to be considered by these stakeholders.
