FOFIND aims to create affordable functional foods and nutritional supplements using innovative ingredients from milk and potato fiber. Targeting specific health issues like hypertension and anemia, the project focuses on developing new products such as biscuits, breads, and juices to meet diverse nutritional needs.

Objective

FOFIND will develop new affordable daily consumed functional food (biscuits, breads and juices) and nutritional supplements, using innovative low cost functional ingredients derived from milk and potato fibre.
