The FOCUS-BALKANS project seeks to enhance consumer food science knowledge in the Western Balkans. It aims to build a network for joint research and improve understanding of consumer preferences for healthy and sustainable food products.
The general objective of the FOCUS-BALKANS project is to improve competencies and understanding in the field of consumer food science in the Western Balkan countries (WBC).
