This project has developed a production process for high-quality steel fibers from recycled materials, suitable for use in reinforced concrete. The fibers enhance the material's strength and flexibility while promoting sustainability in construction.
After 4 years of R&D, we are the VERY FIRST COMPANY TO HAVE DEVELOPED A PRODUCTION PROCESS TO PRODUCE A SECOND LIFE STEEL FIBER THAT CAN BE USED IN A COMMERCIAL WAY, BEING VERY CLEAN, CLASSIFIED BY LENGTH WITH HIGH RESISTANCE TO TRACTION.
Our high-quality steel wires called FlexoFibers have a small diameter (0.25 mm) lending them high tensility and flexibility while also enabling many filaments to be used per m3 of reinforced concrete.
