This project focuses on enhancing the processing of 2D nanomaterials to improve their application in nanocomposites, coatings, and energy storage devices. By developing advanced simulation techniques, it aims to understand and control the deformation and fracture of these materials in liquid environments.
2D nanomaterials hold immense technological promise thanks to extraordinary intrinsic properties such as ultra-high conductivity, strength and unusual semiconducting properties.
