FLAMINGO aims to enhance the use of Galileo's positioning services in location-based services and Internet of Things applications. The project focuses on developing accurate navigation solutions for smartphones and IoT devices in urban settings, targeting a positioning accuracy of 50cm or better.
The success of Galileo will largely depend on its uptake in LBS and IoT markets.
