The project develops a Fisheries DataSpace and Insight Platform to enhance fishing practices through data utilization. It aims to improve yields, protect endangered fish stocks, and streamline monitoring and control processes while involving industry and fisheries agencies in technology development.
Developing a Fisheries DataSpace (Fish-X) and ‘Insight Platform – based on smart orchestrated architecture and open interoperable technology via Gaia-X - that will enable users to implement data to improve fishing methods, increase yields, protect endangered fisheries stocks and streamline MCS processes supporting the implemntation of the CFP.
