E40 is an innovative enzyme that enhances gluten degradation in individuals with gluten intolerance. It aims to alleviate symptoms associated with gluten exposure, improving the quality of life for those affected by Celiac Disease and Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity.
E40 is a novel gluten degrading enzyme aimed at enhancing the degradation of ingested gluten, particularly in gluten intolerant Celiac Disease (CeD) and Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity (NCGS) sufferers.Different from any other competing enzymes under development, E40 efficiently exerts its gluten degrading activity in both the stomach and the intestine of CeD and NCGS sufferers, supporting the benefits of a Gluten Free Diet (GFD).
