The FIDUCIA project examines new forms of criminality arising from technological advancements and population mobility. It aims to develop policy responses that enhance public trust in justice and explore the effectiveness of trust-based regulation in addressing both new and conventional crimes.
The FIDUCIA project will shed light on a number of distinctively "new European” criminal acts that have emerged in the last decade as a consequence of technological developments and the increased mobility of populations across Europe.The
