The FamilyTies project examines the influence of family connections on internal migration and labor market outcomes. It aims to provide a deeper understanding of how family ties can deter migration and affect employment opportunities across various demographics.

This FamilyTies project has been designed to make a decisive contribution to a much more comprehensive explanation of internal migration and its labour-market outcomes than current, mainly economic, explanations have achieved thus far.
