The Factory2Fit project seeks to improve work organization in smart factories by developing adaptive automation solutions. These solutions aim to engage workers based on their skills and preferences, enhancing productivity and job satisfaction in manufacturing environments.

In these dynamic environments flexible and adaptive work organization is crucial both for productivity and work satisfaction.
