This project explores advanced models of brain function, particularly predictive coding. By conducting experiments with human subjects, it aims to enhance understanding of cognitive processes and the underlying neurobiological mechanisms.
Probabilistic models of brain function, which propose that the brain can be understood as implementing the principles of optimal statistical inference, have become extremely influential in recent years.
