This project focuses on developing a microfluidic device for the isolation and detection of exosomes from blood to enable early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. By leveraging advanced microfabrication technology, the device aims to improve the efficiency and accessibility of cancer diagnostics.
Pancreatic cancer is the fourth-leading cause of cancer related mortality and is predicted to be the second leading cause of cancer death by 2030.
