This project aims to enhance the comparison of molecular sequences through the development of large similarity networks. It will facilitate the study of genetic diversity and evolutionary relationships among organisms, improving our understanding of genetic exchange.
The comparison of molecular sequences from organisms, environmental samples and mobile genetic elements is fundamental in evolutionary biology to study genes, genomes and species evolution.
