This project analyzes the impact of international housing rights on national eviction laws using data-driven methods. By employing citation network analysis and machine learning, it aims to uncover how international norms influence judicial decisions regarding housing security.
Eviction – the involuntary loss of one’s home – has a devastating impact on people’s wellbeing and has severe consequences for society as a whole.
