EUROHEADPAIN focuses on understanding migraine, a debilitating brain disorder, by identifying biological pathways and potential treatments. The project aims to develop effective preventive strategies to reduce the frequency and severity of migraine attacks.
Migraine is a common brain disorder, typically characterised by recurring, incapacitating attacks of 1-3 days of severe headache, autonomic dysfunction, and sometimes aura symptoms.
