This project aims to enhance the innovation management capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Estonia. It provides diagnostic audits and tailored action plans to help SMEs improve their innovation processes and address weaknesses in their capabilities.
The objective of the project is to enhance the innovation management capacity of Estonian SMEs.
The action is aimed attwo kinds of SMEs - beneficiaries of the SME Instrument, Fast Track to Innovation, and FET-Open schemes of Horizon and SMEs with significant innovation activities and a high potential for internationalisation.
