The ESPrIT project aims to enhance the research capabilities of the Public Health Institution of Turkey by focusing on occupational health. It involves training, mentoring, and collaboration with leading European institutions to improve data collection and analysis of occupational diseases across Turkey.
The Public Health Institution of Turkey (PHIT) has been established as an affiliated body of the Ministry of Health to run primary health care services and to conduct research for protecting public health, controlling and preventing diseases.
