This project focuses on developing new ferroelectric materials for high-frequency telecom devices, such as antennas and phase shifters. By utilizing electron paramagnetic resonance techniques, the project aims to enhance material properties through the detection of charge defects in nanoscale barium titanate materials.
Ferroelectric materials are considered for applications in telecom devices opera ting at high frequency such as phase shifters, antennas or resonators.
