This project explores the function of Argonaute proteins and small RNA molecules in the vertebrate germline, particularly their role in epigenetic regulation. Using zebrafish as a model, it aims to understand how these proteins contribute to chromatin stability and germ cell function across generations.
Since the discovery of RNAi small RNA molecules have been under intense study.
