The EPIC-CROWN project aims to evaluate a novel antiviral immunotherapy using equine-derived antibodies to treat COVID-19 patients, particularly those infected with variants of concern. By conducting multicentric clinical trials, the project seeks to reduce ICU admissions and mortality rates among treated individuals.
