This project investigates the epigenetic mechanisms governing ageing in the model organism Caenorhabditis elegans. It focuses on the role of the histone H2A-ubiquitin mark in gene regulation and lifespan determination, aiming to identify key enzymes and protein complexes involved in these processes.
