ENTRYHIRE aims to analyze hiring behaviors of firms in entry-level labor markets, focusing on the challenges and frictions faced during recruitment. By studying the German apprenticeship market, the project seeks to improve understanding of how labor market tightness and public policies affect hiring outcomes.
