The project aims to advance high-precision radiation therapy through real-time imaging and treatment adaptation. It establishes a training network to enhance skills in digital medical imaging for improved cancer treatment across Europe.
The vision on a future high-precision radiation therapy utilizing either particle or photon beams is a treatment on a technological level which allows for: (1) obtaining information on relevant tumour parameters (volume, position, topology,
