This project aims to enhance the innovation management capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Netherlands through targeted consulting services. It identifies weaknesses in innovation capabilities and develops tailored action plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
The overall objectives of the project are to deliver services designed to enhance the innovation management capacity of SMEs in the Netherlands between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2021.
These services will comprise both Key Account Management (KAM) services for SME beneficiaries of the EIC Pilot under H2020 and services to Enhance the Innovation Management Capacities of SMEs.
