The EMC2 project aims to enhance molecular simulation techniques across multiple scientific disciplines, including chemistry and physics. By developing more efficient algorithms and models, the project seeks to enable the design of new drugs and materials for complex systems.
Molecular simulation has become an instrumental tool in chemistry, condensed matter physics, molecular biology, materials science, and nanosciences.
