The ELOXIRAS project focuses on developing an advanced electrochemical oxidation technology for recirculating aquaculture systems. This innovation aims to improve water treatment efficiency, reduce freshwater consumption, and enhance fish production in marine environments.
Recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) operate by filtering and removing water pollutants from the fish tanks so it can be reused.
