The Exploration Information System project aims to enhance mineral exploration in Europe by utilizing artificial intelligence and advanced data analysis methods. It focuses on improving the accuracy and efficiency of identifying mineral resources, particularly critical metals, while minimizing environmental impact.
Exploration Information System (EIS) proposal has been compiled by a consortium, which consists of 18 partners from leading researchinstitutes (4), academia (5), service providers (4) and industry (4).
The consortium members come from six European Union member states (FI, FR, DE, ES, CZ, SE) and South Africa.
One associate member of the consortium comes from Brazil.
