The EIGER project explores how the experiences and identities of individuals in higher education influence the effectiveness of gender equity reforms. By analyzing various contexts, it aims to uncover localized solutions to gender inequity in academic settings.
The proposed interdisciplinary project,‘Embodied Institutionalism:
