The proposed project pretends to prove that the EGNOS coverage area could be extended (APV-I 99%) to cover all Eastern Europe.
Moreover, a SBAS signal will be available in Poland, Romania and Ukraine to demonstrate on-ground (at user level) that in fact the steps to upgrade EGNOS to provide such a service are ready to be implemented in the EGNOS programme.
