ECOBREW is focused on developing an innovative professional espresso coffee machine that emphasizes energy efficiency and health. The project aims to leverage new materials and connectivity features to capture the growing market for specialty coffee, enhancing user experience and sustainability.
This project is the continuation of the funded phase-1 ECOBREW feasibility study that has finished successfully. A previous version of this proposal for phase 2 was submitted in Sept.'15.
