LEV2050 has developed ECO-BIOMASS, a solution for wineries to efficiently produce unique wines using indigenous microorganisms. The project focuses on optimizing bioreactor technology and nutrient supply to enhance wine production processes.
Nowadays, it is very difficult for Designation of Origin wineries to achieve efficient production processes for unique wines.
