The ECLIPSE project aims to improve public procurement processes by connecting innovative suppliers, especially startups, with public procurers and investors. It focuses on creating tailored advisory services to overcome barriers that hinder the integration of new technologies in the public sector.
InnoInnovation Procurement (IP) is a recognised strategy for driving technological development in the public sector and spurring economic growth.
