The EBEAM project aims to advance electron microscopy technology by integrating new measurement modalities to achieve ultrafast time resolution and high energy resolution. This innovation will enhance the understanding of materials in fields such as renewable energy, life sciences, and quantum technology.
Electron microscopy (EM) is a key technology to reveal the atomic structure and chemical composition of materials with (sub-)Ångström resolution.
