This research focuses on improving digital system design for older adults, addressing the lack of practical guidance for developers. By creating evidence-based guidelines and a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), the project aims to enhance the usability of digital services for an ageing population.
There is little clear and easily applicable advice and practical support for Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) designers and developers about how to design digital systems and services for older people.
