DTERBIM aims to enhance construction and renovation projects through a collaborative design methodology based on Building Information Modeling (BIM). It integrates digital tools and services to optimize resource management and promote circularity throughout the building lifecycle.
DTERBIM envisions an innovative, interoperable and adaptable BIM-based collaborative design and project delivery methodology (the DTERBIM process) for efficiently managing construction and renovation projects and optimising resource management (materials, products, energy), time, and costs while embedding circularity principles from the outset.
